
We donate paper goods, clothing and other items to Stepping Stones, a local domestic violence shelter.

Members enjoy attending cultural events such as the Indian Art Market at the Sharlot Hall Museum which includes performances by Native American dancers .

We participate in community events such as the annual Memorial Day ceremonies.

We provide financial support for local libraries and recently donated funds and books to Morristown Public Library..

We keep members aware of efforts by environmental groups such as Friends
of the Verde River that work to protect this vital source of water in our region.

Speakers improve our understanding of local programs. Eden, the Prescott Police Department therapy dog, can detect high cortisol levels in people and offer comfort.
Goal 1: We will encourage members to attend and support local cultural events, and we will provide them with information about these events.
Goal 2: We intend to provide opportunities for Club and community members to display their talents.

Goal 1: We will maintain our Valentines for Veterans tradition. We met this goal by creating 150 handmade valentines and delivering them to the VA Hospital on February 12.
Goal 2: We will encourage members to volunteer with the You Are Not Alone program to make wellness check phone calls.
Goal 1: We will seek donations of children's books at our annual Anniversary Tea. We will donate them to the third grade classrooms of a local school.
Goal 2: We will encourage members to enroll in the ESO Reading Program that is sponsored by GFWC.
Goal 3: We will encourage reading by posting book recommendations on our website.
Goal 1: We will promote air and water quality awareness. We will invite an expert speaker to address members on these issues.
Goal 2: We will encourage club and community members to add native plants to their surroundings. We accomplished this goal by inviting a guest speaker who gave a compelling presentation prior to our April 20 meeting.
Goal 1: We will encourage members to participate in gentle walking programs.
Goal 2. We will invite a physical therapist to address the club members and provide tips for their well-being.
Goal 3: We will research the possibility of offering a CPR class.
