Thank you for your interest in the Success for Survivors Scholarship which is available through the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC). You may qualify for a grant of up to $3000 to use at an accredited public or private post-secondary or vocational institution.
The deadline to apply is Feb. 15, 2025.
· Domestic or sexual violence survivor
· Citizen or permanent legal resident of the United States
· Enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited public or private post-secondary or vocational institution
· Recommended by a domestic violence agency and/or academic counselor or social worker willing to provide information on behalf of the applicant
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), domestic violence is classified as "physical violence, sexual violence, stalking, and psychological aggression (including coercive acts) by a current or former intimate partner."

The Monday Club of Prescott, which is affiliated with the GFWC, applauds your decision to achieve your educational goals, and you may submit an additional copy of this application to our email address: mondayclubprescott@gmail.com to qualify for our local $1000 scholarship. We are available to help you with the application process for either or both scholarships. Rest assured that all of your information will remain strictly confidential.
The attached documents must be completed and mailed in time to arrive in Washington, D.C. no later than Feb. 15, 2025, for the GFWC scholarship and to the Monday Club email address: mondayclubprescott@gmail.com no later than March 1, 2025, for the Monday Club DVS Scholarship.
